Shipping policy

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. All orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of the purchase date. If an order is placed after 1PM Eastern Time on Friday, it will be shipped the following week.

Please note that processing time may take longer during the holiday season and during specific sales and promotions.

USPS First Class - $4.95

-U.S. Orders take approx. 3-5 Days to Arrive for in Stock items

-Once your package is shipped out, you'll automatically receive an email notification with a USPS tracking number. 

Custom items require additional time for production, please allow approx. 4-5 weeks to be delivered. Custom items are labeled as Custom in their respective product descriptions

If ordering in-stock items with custom items, all items will ship together within 4-5 weeks. Otherwise, please order in-stock and custom items separately if needed

USPS International Shipping - $40.00

Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country.  The agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.

Once we prepare your package for shipping, we will hand it off to a third party courier. In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, DollsDream Jewelry Does Not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.
