How long does shipping take?
In-stock orders (items that are not custom or personalized) are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS. Standard delivery is generally 3–5 business days after shipment, although carrier delays may occur.
Standard U.S. shipping is $4.95, and orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive an email containing your USPS tracking number. Tracking information will begin updating once USPS receives and scans your package.
How long do custom and personalized pieces take?
Custom and personalized jewelry is made to order specifically for you. These pieces require additional production time because they are individually created and may include details such as personalization, custom lettering, and hand-set stones.
Please allow approximately 4–5 weeks for your custom piece to be made before it is ready to ship. Once completed, your order will be shipped via USPS and you will receive a tracking number by email.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Purchases made directly through DollsDream Jewelry are final sale. Due to the personal nature of jewelry and to maintain our product quality standards, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us so our team can review and assist you.
For orders placed through third-party retail partners, DollsDream Jewelry will comply with the applicable return and refund policies of the retailer through which the order was purchased.
What materials are used in DollsDream jewelry?
Materials vary by design and may include 925 sterling silver, 18K gold plating, cubic zirconia, and other selected materials.

How do I choose the right size?
Most DollsDream necklaces are approximately 16 or 18 inches in length. Some styles are available in longer lengths such as 20 or 22 inches, and some may include an extender.
Most bracelets are approximately 7 inches, with some styles available in 8-inch lengths. Most anklets are approximately 9 inches, and many styles include or can be worn with an extender.
Rings are listed in U.S. ring sizes.
Sizing can vary by design, so we recommend reviewing the measurements listed on the individual product page before purchasing. If you are between sizes or unsure which size to choose, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

How should I care for my jewelry?
To help keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to water and harsh chemicals.
When not in use, store your jewelry in the jewelry pouch and box it arrived in to help protect it and preserve its shine.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Because orders may begin processing quickly and custom pieces may enter production, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Do you currently ship internationally?
Not at this time. DollsDream Jewelry currently ships within the United States only.
