Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. In-stock items are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, and periods of high order volume.

U.S. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Enjoy free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

Standard Shipping: $4.95

In-stock orders typically arrive within approximately 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on USPS and the destination.

Custom Jewelry

Custom and personalized jewelry is made specifically for your order and requires additional production time. Please allow approximately 4–5 weeks for your custom piece to be made before it is ready to ship.

The estimated production time for each custom item is also listed on its individual product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and custom items, the entire order will ship together once the custom item is complete. If you would like your in-stock items sooner, please place them as a separate order.

Shipping & Tracking

Orders are shipped via USPS.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive an email containing your USPS tracking number.

Tracking information will begin updating once USPS receives and scans the package. You can use your tracking number to follow your shipment through delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or appears to be missing, please check your USPS tracking information first. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist you with the available shipping information.
